You’ll draft your answers and send them in advance.
Your assigned coach (our Director of Business Development with years of real-world hiring and sales leadership experience) will personally review and refine your responses.

He will:

• Edit answers to show real impact and metrics
• Identify storytelling gaps and improve structure
• Ask follow-up questions to help you go deeper and sound more relevant to SDR hiring managers
  
  

You’ll enter your first session knowing exactly what to say, with answers that are sharp, strategic, and authentic.

This first call is all about delivery.
You’ll walk through your answers out loud while your coach provides detailed feedback on:

• Tone, pacing, and clarity
• Confidence, posture, and delivery
• Rapport and storytelling
• Tweaks to phrasing based on how your answers land in real-time
  
  

This session sets your foundation and often uncovers exactly what’s been blocking your success.

After implementing feedback from Session 1, you’ll return for a full mock interview end to end, no script.

Your coach will pinpoint:

• What’s working
• Where your answers still fall flat

What needs to shift before you're ready

This is where things click.
Most clients leave Session 3 ready to perform at their best with confident delivery and answers that reflect their true value.

You’ll do another full run-through, polish every remaining detail, and leave with feedback you can apply immediately to any upcoming interview.

If you feel you don’t need a final polish, you can instead use this session for a mock call practice session.

Before the session, you can send us a script if there’s a specific company you’ve received a cold call script from or we’ll send you our generic script to tailor ahead of time.

This session will be a rapid feedback loop. You’ll do a cold call round, get feedback, do it again, get feedback, repeating as many times as we can fit into the session.

Get continued support, even between sessions.

You’ll receive 30 full days of direct email access to your coach, where you can:

• Send updated answers for review
• Ask company-specific questions
• Get feedback on business cases, mock calls, or prospecting plans
• Receive fast suggestions or rewrites as new interviews arise

Note:

This add-on is highly recommended unless you feel very confident with your business cases. We’ve found that many students who skip this option later want feedback or review support for their business cases. Unfortunately, those requests can’t be accommodated without active access. If you anticipate needing guidance or edits on your business case, this add-on ensures you’ll have full support throughout that process.
